First 12AD MRG Meet

Tonight saw the first official meet of the 12AD MRG at Joe's house.  

Rockvilla Goods was set up in its rather raw state and many ideas were thrown about with regards the development of the layout.  The new legs for the layout were brought by Bill and Joe will be fitting these over the next few days, this will raise the baseboard height to around 40", plus adjustable feet.

Bill Auld is away to develop an idea for mounting the H&M point motors which will be trial fitted in the next few weeks, and if successful the rest of the motors will be fitted in the same manner.

Spencer has taken away some materials and ideas for the good shed which, judging by the buildings on Milton Street MPD, will be fantastic when finished.

Bill discussed ideas for a new project which will be very interesting, so watch this space!  Bill was also showing Keith a good starter loco kit that he will be encouraged to build.
